Missing! Structure Instrument Files - Pro Tools M-Powered Essential

Hi all, here's my problem,

The demo songs and loops play just fine, but I'm unable to find any samples through Structure Essential. My Keyboard input is working, but I did a search through my hard drive and can't find the required samples. Frustrating! Am I doing something stupid?

I tried searching for specific names of samples on the drive and install DVD.
I only had 1 DVD in the box when I purchased it.

My Structure Essential and Quickstart folders are empty.
Errors are "14 missing audio samples" and "Sampler Parts contain no samples..."

My system details:

Mac OSX Snow Leopard (10.6.2)
Pro Tools M-Powered Essential Keystudio (newest update 8.0.3)

Also, I've been trying to find out if my standalone copy of Reason 2.5 will work with M-Powered Essential Keystudio 8.0.3?

I'm having the same problem now. did you ever find a solution to this issue?

I have a similar problem in my protools m-powered 8.0.3 system. when I load up structure free, the default Sine Wave patch does not load, with the same messages described earlier.

It does let me get to the quickstart and other patches though.
