Default Venue Profile system crashing into backup mode

I have a Profile System that has been working like a charm for a number of years, until two days ago when it crashed via blue screen to backup mode in the middle of a show. I managed to finish the show and booted the system afterwards totally normally. Today at a sound check the system seemed to work normally but suddenly went to backup mode again. DigiTest passed with no errors and I downloaded the log files into a .zip file.

So what should I look into at the log files? Anybody with similar issues?

In case you continue using a console and it happens again, write down BSOD information (best way is to take photo of the screen) - it can be really helpful. Have you already contacted VENUE support?

I tried to take a photo of the BSOD but it disappeared too quickly. Haven't contacted support yet, but that's definitely my next step.

Contact support, they will read the logs for you. Sounds like a hardware issue, can be many things...

You can start by carefully re-seating dsp cards and memory.

Recently saw a Profile that was touring as monitor desk and started acting up. Opening the foh rack oil from smoke machine's smoke literally poured out of the desk.. Each night the smoke mahine was likely next to the desk and smoke turned into oil that messed up a lot of connections in the rack. Components needed to be literally showered clean and re-assembled to get the system up again. Just a fun story for you :)

Contact support. I'm sorry to say I have experienced this before and according to Brit Row it was determined to be a corrupt motherboard. However, think positive and hope for something simpler.
