Some plugins don't show up in Audiosuite

So, I'm absolutely loving how convenient this whole offline modulation and stuff is, especially coming from something like reason where there really is no equivalent, however I am finding it perplexing that multiple plugins, both Air ones and by 3rd parties are not showing up!

For example, two of the Air plugins I abuse the crap out of - Frequency shifter and phaser - don't show up, nor do multiple waves plugins and also Fabfilter ProQ amongst many others.

I don't understand because they all show up as inserts on regular tracks, just not in audiosuite!


Does anyone know what's going/what I can do to fix it?

Hi,

Not all plugins are available as audiosuite. Some vendors don't make an audiosuite version and some plugins are not able to process direct to disk.

I see, but it's still makes little sense to me that for example a digidesign Flanger and a Waves Metaflanger will work, but the digidesign phaser doesn't??

Arrun, keep in mind that even if a plugin creates the same effect what's under the hood can be totally different.
