Pro Tools Express Software - Does not Install

G'day

I've just recently downloaded my Pro Tools Express package, as well as registering with 'ILok' and also 'Avid'.

After all this I went to install my software from the download but was stopped by this message - 'This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and the you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that his is a valid windows installer package'.

I'm wondering have I missed a step within the registering process?

Looking for help in this matter? How to I fix it?

Not a PT Express user myself, but my mate had same issue.
