Cloud Collaboration options

Hi,
I generally understand the differences in Cloud Collaboration options in the Avid shop but I have to ensure:

Probably I will have one collaboration which will take 3 weeks. My question is if I choose the 30GB option for one month it means I will pay for that month and that's all or I will be charged monthly the whole year?
