Maybe trying to use wifi is the issue? I have an Artist Mix and Transport here. They both connect to a Linksys router, but the computer is also WIRED to the router. The Artist units have worked perfectly, along with an iPad 2 running the CONTROL app via wifi. Also, the router has 5 ports on it. The yellow port for input connects to my internet connection if I need it(usually keep the system off the internet). Have you opened the Peripherals menu and enabled EUCON?
