Start Error: "DAE -6117"

Hello!
I just joined the community (I am French and am sorry for my English not always very good).

I just installed Pro Tools | First and I have a problem: "DAE Error -6117".

I searched a lot of answers to this problem, but I have not found. I tried to press N to open the audio engine, but nothing happens.

I do not know at all what to do ...
Could someone help me?

Hello Julien,
A) This error means "Device is not present" and is likely due to a missing driver for your interface.

• Download and install the driver for your audio interface (drivers for Avid interfaces can be found via avid.com/drivers)
• If a driver is not available, or using the built-in audio hardware on a PC, try installing ASIO4ALL
• Hold the N key down immediately after launching until the Playback Engine window opens to select your device.
