need help uninstalling digitranslator!

i had downloaded the digitranslator for my protools 8 mpowered and installed it on my system, but my (then) m-audio connection never got me the authorization code, so now it keeps asking me to authorize it whenever i launch protools.

how do i take the digitranslator out of my macbook pro 10.5.8?

there is no uninstaller for it and i can't find it anywhere in my libs or system.

Have you looked in /Applications/Digidesign/Pro Tools and its subdirectories for a file named DigiTranslator?

i see something in codecs/mp3/mp3.bundle

which i think is essentially what the digitranslator is.

apart from that i DO have a digitranslator folder, but all it has is documentation in it
(and the info in the pdf on how to remove it doesn't seem to apply.)
there's supposed to be an omf.bundle just inside the protools folder (in the applications folder) which isn't there.

also, this isn't the demo version (which has a different uninstall routine i think)

p.s. i'm not sure the mp3.bundle has anything to do with the digitranslator, expecially if the uninstall info says to look for the "omf.bundle".

Download a copy of either EasyFind or Find Any File and use it to search the startup volume for omf.bundle.

easyfind unfortunately didn't turn up anything.

ii tried yanking that mp3.bundle out but that didn't do anything

i found the omf.bundle
it was in a diffreent folder.

the omf.bundle lets you export your tracks.
i was thinking it converted a mix to mp3s.

this was where the non-demo version of the digitranslator installed itself in my protools 8 m-powered version of protools.

there is a possibility that i somehow overlooked or missed it the few times i looked for it, but that's where i found it and i removed it and that got rid of the authorization dialog when i launch protools.
