Monitor IO for using with SME on a S5-MC?

Please, I need someone to add some light here, correct me if I am wrong:

Since Studio Monitor Express Software needs and ASIO interface and you can not run a ASIO inteface and a PTHD at the same time, you are forced to add an aditional machine just for having a proper monitoring control while working with a S5MC??

Is there anyone working with a S5MC and using a different Monitor interface than a XMOM EUCON?

Hi Pedroajeno,
Yes, S5MC does not work with SME with ProTools.
You have to use the Xmon or an external monitoring controller between your audio interface and your monitoring system.
Xmon works good excepting for the talkback internal mic .
