"Waiting for video operation to complete" - How to get rid of?

"Waiting for video operation to complete" - How to get rid of?

I was using the video engine earlier but I'm just working on music now. How do I make it bypass the "waiting for video operation to complete" loading screen whenever I offline bounce or load a new project?

I thought the video engine turned off/reset to default when I rebooted pro tools but I guess not.
