Pro Tools cannot find (all) my aax plugins.

Tell us the *exact* version of the installers you are running for each plugin. And the exact link to the online instruction documentation you are following.

Last time I looked at Velvet for example I thought it asked for the location you wanted to put samples during install.

I think those are the AIR plugins and they are a paid upcrade for AAX64 bit so if you are installing the version number that starts with 1.X then you will need to pay to upgrade from version 1 to version 2 or higher.

Pls someone correct me if I am wrong but when we went from PTIEP1 to IEP2 and now 3 we had to pay to get the AAX64 bit versions of Velvet and company.

Maybe we are on the trail of something here.

We have downloaded Velvet and Structure from your account at Avid, so it should be the latest version, but the PDM plugin was from 2009. It is not very likely that it works with Windows 10.
You could write that to the forum.

It is correct that Velvet and Structure ask where the contents should be placed, and we have shown the way to the folder on drive G:

But "Content" is not the problem. It's the plugin itself that has a problem. The instrument sounds (content) you can always tell the plugin where lies, but it requires that the plugin itself starts.

It sounds like you have to pay an upgrade to get the Velvet and 64-bit Structure that can work with Windows.

Uh yes, and tell us the latest version is not “what is in my account”. It means tell us the *exact* version number.
