Pro Tools 12 isn't in my Avid account after I purchased an upgrade

1. Sign in to account.avid.com
2. Click "My Products and Subscriptions"
3. Click "Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan"
4. Select the license to upgrade from then click Submit

4. Select the license to upgrade from (looks like you have 2 to choose from) then click Submit

Agreed. Especially the giant blue "Download Products" button in the order confirmation email that takes you to your account where it states "No products found".

I just bought Pro Tools 12 perpetual license and upgrade plan, but I got no download option in the confirmation email and it also does not show under my products in my Avid account.
