S6 Midi problems in 2.1?

Hey Guys, I just recently upgraded my S6 software to V2.1 from 1.4, Ever since i did this I am have the XMon lose Midi communication with the S6 monitor section. At this point I have changed my Midi interface and the Geffen USB extender and it still drops out so I lose control of my monitor section... its driving my crazy. Anyway I thought I would see if anyone else experienced this in V2.1?

Also I don't show and upgrade path in my master account for the latest version 3.5 i believe. How do I go about getting the upgrade, I see no way in my account to do so.

Hi Joe

When you say lose connection is this from the S6 or the XMON EUCON App (or both) I.E. Can you use the mouse and change the volume when you have this issue ?

Finally figured out it was a Geffen USB extender that went bad... all good now!!
