Unexpected Quit on Startup 2018.4 OSX 10.13.4

Close Cloud Session is an iLok function.... Didn't recall that till I found a post on it...

This was all working fine (2018.1) and then I loaded 2018.4. I believe the root of the problem is that PT plus all of its plugins were Cloud Enabled. Now whenever I try to move them back to the ilok to help debug this - they all say there is a Cloud Session Running. Haven't booted ProTools for weeks and there is no session running. Any ideas how to fix this??

Additionally there is my old HD License that I sold through AVID that wants to be Surrendered but everytime i try it just says there is something missing and doesn't do it. I tried the Refresh License trick from another thread but it didn't change the behavior

FWIW - 2018.1 still works fine...
