Academy deliverables???

hi all! Film i'm working on won the student academy award this year and we need to send an HD Cam tape out on friday. I can't seem to get a straight answer from them about delivery requirements. HD cam tape have 4 tracks so I was thinking the safest route would be to put a stereo L/R mix on 2 tracks and and encoded LtRt on the other two. Thought? My worry is that somewhere in my poking around I thought I saw something saying that the minimum accepted format is an LCR. SOooo do I JUST put an LCR on there or go with my "safe" plan?

LCR and LCRS can be derived from your Lt/Rt. Maybe DolbyE on 2 tracks and Lt/Rt on the others?

just do LtRt forget about LoRo
if you can and want to ACe or Dolby E on 3 & 4

What's ACe? We can't afford Dolby E but I'll do the Dolby LtRt as you guys say.

Would likely be LtRt on 1-2, and Dolby E on 3-4. If no Dolby, 3-4 should be empty. I said, likely, as always, try to get a definitive answer.
