Unused new imported audio being removed from project?

I'm still on the previous version of PT.

I haven't really seen this before so I'm not sure if I'm missing some kind of setting, or I just have never added files without putting them in the timeline before saving and this is an actual bug..

Basically -

- I import 3 or 4 audio files (Copy)
- use one in the timeline
- save
- quit PT
- reload the project later
- the 3 files I didn't use aren't in the clip list anymore, but are in Audio Files still - so they seem removed from the project

Is this a bug?

Have you already tried 2024.3.1? are you still having the same issue on the latest version?
