Using two 23 inch hd apple display\'s?

I'm on a G5 dual 2.0 july 05 model and have two 23 inch apple dvi display's connected. (The silver one's. )All is well except when i shut down the G5 the led on the 2nd 23 inch display stays lit. Is the normal? Are any of you using this set up? Is it normal for the led on the 2nd display to stay on after shut down?
