Are you sure that you are signing in with the same iLok User ID? Started a case to get your info, so please check your email and respond to that. Thanks.

I have a same problem about iLok. I bought it before 6month ago and I connected a mac to register. but it's already registered to another user.

Is it really a way to fix the problem?
or will I buy other one?

Hey, Guys.

I have a same problem what my iLok was registered to another user, already.
I did not activated anything. just plugged in my Mac to transfer licenses to new iLok2.

Could I repair it? or I will have to buy other one?

Was it new (in a sealed package) or used? Will need to get more info, so I started a support case for you.

I am having the same problem!
A few months ago, I bought a pro mbox3 that came with Pro Tools 10 and 11, now bought a new license for pro tools 12 which is in my iLok account where I have more licenses, now want to transfer the new license I bought into the ilok and says it is owned by another user, the iLok only was used to activate the ProTools and was not registered to any account

Well i guess ill continue to be the broken record. This problem is so frustrating i install pro tools 12 and still having this same issue with my ilok
