PT 9 Crossgrade Versus PT9 Full Version?
PT Crossgrade for $250 I take it is an Upgrade from former versions of PTLE.
Full version, would be, just that fresh out of the box, no prior installs. What do you think is the best way to go. I'm not a big fan of "upgrades" because you generally inherit all the problems you used to or still have. Is it better to shell out the $599 for the full version, or go ahead and trust the upgrade at $250? If I do get the full version, will all 3rd party Plug's have to be reinstalled? I may be answering my own question here, but just checking to see what everyone else is doing. Regards,

The crossgrade is just in respect to the pricing. You still have access to download either the upgrade installer or the full installer. The crossgrade pricing requires you to input the serial number from qualified digidesign hardware at time of purchase.

I see no problems, jsut upgraded fro mMac leopard to snow leaoard and did the same long downloads but it all worked. Does anyone know if the upgrade is just from pt le 8.04 to 9 or I need to re-install prior versions?
Also there is a bus that there are promo codes . do you guys have any?
