Different Aspect-Ratio of video in the same track

Different Aspect-Ratio of video in the same track

If I have 2 different mov with different aspect-ratio on the same video track, i.e. 1920X1080, 1280x1024, so the former one can be shown to full screen on external TV, while the other(1280) can't, it may be smaller. Can they both be shown in full screen at the same track?
