This is a temporary fix suggestion... but try just clicking 'OK'. Then, just click at another start point, say a measure earlier, then back to the original start point, then proceed.

A search in the Answerbase for 9037 brings up 26 records, with a lot of different possibilities. This is one you might check, suggesting "The hard disk is not set to DMA or U-DMA mode."
http://answerbase.digidesign.com/detail.cfm?DID=3804

Make sure DMA is enabled for each of your drives:

Anti-Virus software such as PC-cillin and Norton Anti-Virus typically cause problems with real-time software like Pro Tools LE. It's best to disable & possibly remove anti-virus software from your system before running Pro Tools LE. Start by disabling Norton on your system if it is not already disabled when using Pro Tools.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Let us know how you have your hard drives hooked up. Looks like you are running the deluxe model of the A7V333. Print out your IRQ list to make sure there isn't any conflicts going on. See the "Best System for PTLE" thread Troubleshooting tips and tricks near the bottom. It also explains how to print out your IRQ list and copy and paste them here.
