Activation Error!

Hi, I'm new to the pro Tools family and I made a stupid mistake. While trying to activate my d-fi maxim card, I put the # on the Ilok card instead of my user name. Now I can't log the code on again to change it. Can someone please help me out. Thanks a lot!!
