Avid Control Soft Keys not sending KM Macros

Just upgraded to Mac Studio M1 Ultra from 2020 Mac Mini.
Both running Monterey.

Using iPad connected ethernet running Avid Control/EuCon
Using Soft Keys to send Keyboard Maestro key macros.

Avid Control will send EuCon commands, i.e. System Usage Window, Clear Automation.
But does not send "key commands" to KM.

Checked all necessary permissions.
Eucon sees iPad and connects Monitoring to DADman(MTRX Studio).

Worked perfectly on Mac Mini.

Any new developments on this issue for you? I just got into using Avid Control on the iPad and I'm having the exact same problem -- EuControl seems to ignore any keystroke actions I assign to a soft key.

This issue has been mentioned in other threads, going back a few years it seems. Seems that the keystroke soft keys work for some people but not others. Annoying. But if you've found any success with it since, I'd be interested to know how you've made it work for you.
