Question About PT9 and Lion

I currently am using PT9 (9.0.3) on a Mac Pro, and am trying to figure out whether I can simply update my OS 10.6.8 to Lion, or if I have to uninstall and reinstall PT, or can install Lion, then update to PT 9.0.5.

Confused....thx
