New Subscription - No License
Hi,
I have a new Pro Tools subscription that has been active since November 2 (3 days, so far). I don't see any downloadable resources, namely HEAT or the included subscription plugins, available under Pro Tools in 'My Products.' All I see is 'No download links found.' I also don't have an iLok license in my iLock account for this new subscription. The only thing I DO see in my iLock license list is the 'Pro Tools Plan' that I is set to expire in 3 days.... What is supposed to happen with my new subscription?? I have submitted a ticket to avid, but have heard nothing back. Where is my access to HEAT and the plugins? Help!?!?

Escalating this to CS to assist. The Pro Tools Plan license simply authorizes Space which was originally included as a bonus with your Upgrade and Support Plan for Pro Tools | Software - it's not related to your new subscription.
