Default ProTools AAE -7058 crashes

I have been getting crashes with random AAE -7058 (plug is not authorized) errors upon instantiation. It is not consistent in that it could be any plug in at any time. It seems to happen after Pro Tools has been running for a while, but again, that is also not consistent. When I close with task manager I can restart Pro Tools and the plugins work just fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the most up to date PACE drivers and software, updated all hardware drivers (graphics, network, sound), made sure all plugs were up to date, implemented all recommended Windows 10 optimizations, etc.

Pro Tools 2018
Windows 10 Pro
Audient iD22 interface

Slate subscription plan with Gobbler
Dell Inspiron 3847
Intel Core i7-4790
Intel H81 chipset
Intel HD graphics 4600
16GB RAM
3 SSD (OS, sessions, samples)

Is there any further information I should post to help troubleshoot?
