Default How do I clean a fader on the Artist Mix?

Hi, I have an Artist Mix that I recently had repaired by Avid as the power supply stopped working about 1-month ago. I am not sure what happened but now the 2nd fader seems to get stuck in two places.

I am looking for a way to clean it as I suspect there is something stuck in it.

I may end up sending back to Avid, I am sure they are going to say case closed and want to charge me for another repair.

Not fun, any recommendations? The fader does respond when I move a software channel up and down but gets stuck towards the bottom. Sometimes it works but does get stuck... I wonder if some packaging or a booger is lodged in there.... Any instructions on cleaning out there????
