User-Definable TAB-THRESHOLD setting

Here's a PT feature update I love to see in ProTools.

TAB-to-Transient with a user-definable TAB-THRESHOLD setting.

For Example: Setting the TAB THRESHOLD to say -18db, tabbing would ignore all transients that fall under -18db.
