Default SP1 w/ SP2 components

I just received a new CPU and I have noticed that although it is listed as being SP1, there are components in my Add/Remove programs list that are hotfixes from SP2/ Is this going to be a problem? If so, is the fix as simple as uninstalling all of the SP2 hotfixes? Help would be appreciated as I am waiting to install PT until I have an answer one way or the other. Thanks
