My PT11 downloads have automatically changed to PT12

I got a PT11 licence through my university about 1 and a half years ago. The PT11 download is gone from my Avid downloads and only 12.4 and 12.5 remain. What is this? I want my product back!

My account changed from my available downloads of PT11 (which I purchased) to PT12 recently (? not sure when). I'm needing to download PT11 (mac) onto a new computer to complete a project urgently as my iLok only has the license for PT11. (Downloaded 12, but obviously won't work without license on iLok) Then, as of an hour ago, I can't even open my Avid account - it's as if I no longer have access even to that. I have a deadline for my final project! If anyone can help I'd be so grateful :)

It's not that I don't want Pro Tools 12 functionality but I don't want to somehow have to pay subscription fees after having already paid for Pro Tools 11 and never deliberately upgraded.

Thank you to Admin (or someone from Avid?) who responded. Unfortunately the files they sent me for the download of PT11 sent via Avid Technology Secure File Sharing show as deleted. I also still can not log into my Avid account and it's been 12 hours.

Thanks again Avid :) 2nd time worked a charm. I can also now log into my account. Wonder what happened?

Although the Air Creative Collection is not in my account as it used to be, and did not come with the recent link.

Is there any update on this? I'm tempted to upgrade to 12.5 but I don't want to get stuck into the subscription system. I paid for 10/11 and that's as far as I'm willing to go money wise.

In a similar boat but with the creative collection, doing a project with this rubbish sounding organ sample and it needs the Db33 on it to give it some life. Will you help me resurrect my organ by sending a creative collection link to me avid?
