Protools first not identifying purchased plugin even though it's in my plugins folder
Have protools first and recently purchased LEVELS plugin through Avid. Followed instructions and downloaded it. I can see it in my plugins folder with all my other protools plugins but can access it from DAW. Protools doesn't seem to recognize it so there's no way to activate it. Anyone have a fix for this?

This will only work if you purchased the plugin via Avid Marketplace within Pro Tools First. If you purchased from the website, you’ll need to create a support case from your Avid account to get this resolved.
