Default Re: Mixer choice and the future of the DELTA 1010

a little update. have both cards installed, both breakout boxes work great, got my new power supply (I accidentally recieved a european power supply with my brand new unit) PT is showing 16 ins and outs (not counting spdif). the way I synced it was how the maudio website said to.
Card 1 is set to internal sync and the single and sync option is chosen
Card 2 is set to Spdif snyc and the single and sync option is chosen
Spdif out of Card 1 goes to the Spdif in of Card 2. Card one is master and Card two is slave. Both are locked and loaded and ready to rock. Thanks again JoJo for your insight. I hope this thread can help all you other guys out there.

Well good, that's great. Although I think you should verify sync when using "single and in sync". Multiple card sync would be the wiser choice here imo (although, it may default to that anyway with the spdif selection in this case). PCI based a/d!
