I have a
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

i recently bought a Focusrite Scarlette studio (3rd Gen)
my Pro tools first keeps crashing but niw it wont even load and my audio interface wont work what so ever no audio is picked up, light doesnt even come on when things are plugged in like my scarlette mic


Avid are useless, protools dont have a ontact number i can find

im a beginner i dont have a clue why everything wont work

i have ilok, Avid, and pro tools first can anyone help me . i want to start fresh

ive tried binning my pro tools in applications and redownload it all but that dont work and im lost/stuck

PT is not yet supported with Catalina (10.15.x). You will either have to wait for the supported build or downgrade your OS. Usually not supported means just that, but in this case it really means not working at all.

iOS is something you have on your iphone or ipad, but macOS running on your computer can be downgraded by:

• backup your stuff
• erase the hard drive
• install Mojave (10.14.x)
• copy your stuff back

Google instructions for creating bootable USB installer. Obviously this won't work if you just boght a shiny new 16" MBP that came with Catalina
