PT10 duplicate/consolidate and fades...
Hello all...
I just started using PT10, and I've stumbled upon an oddity that I can't quite understand, but that might be due to something simple that I've missed: unlike with every previous version of the software, fades are no longer incorporated into consolidated or duplicated tracks. So, for example, if I've got a fade on the end of an audio cue, and I consolidate the cue (option-shift-3), the fade vanishes, and not in the sense of it being incorporated into the new cue (which is what I expect), but more in the sense that it never existed at all and there is no longer any sort of fade out at the end of my cue. The same thing happens when I use Duplicate in Audiosuite. Is this the result of a new feature or preference? Is there some way around this? Thanks! |

Re: PT10 duplicate/consolidate and fades...
Hi,
which PT version are you using? I'm on 10.1.1 and (option-shift-3) works as always, processing the fade into the new file. Tried different option in AS duplicate window and it's the same.
