VocAlign license service

I know this is a non-PT question but Tech support is closed on Sundays so you guys are my only hope for instant gratification.

I just received my new VocAlign CD. Halfway through installation I get an error "license service could not install." Does ANYBODY have an idea as to what this entails?

I hate paying $269 for something that gives me problems right off the bat...

If this problem is unique to me or no one has any idea as to what I’m talking about I understand. I'm just kind of pullin’ at strings, hoping to play with my new toy on a rainy night.

$269... nice!

Dealer cost is $249.

Anyway, I have VocAlign, and had no problems installing it. However, the licence service is a file called licence.exe, so you may want to look for it, copy it, and start it manually. Other than that, looks like you'll have to wait 'till Monday.
