problem w protools 10 HD

hey everyone, wondering if anyone else has had a problem w protools 10 HD on lion OS?

I have a MacBook pro with a dual boot system. I’ve been running protools 8 HD on my 10.6 disk and recently installed the demo for 10, it works fine. I decided to try it on my 10.7 disk with the idea of dumping the 10.6 disk (I only use it for protools). Protools HD will open fine on the 10.7 disk with my NRV 10 connected, or with no interface, but when try to open it with my magma chassis and 192 connected it sees the interface but freezes at “initializing hardware (DSI)". I can’t understand why, because it works perfectly fine when I boot from by 10.6 disk

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I assume you are talking about HDX. YES.
(do not quote me on this) BUT. HDX requiers a HD interface like a HD or Omni i/o . I think. I could be wrong , I usually am.

The issue of getting stuck on the digi init with HD TDM core card / magma / 10.7 combo is related to a firmware incompatibility on some core cards. Notably rev k.

However as this is in the HDX forum perhaps the info above is irrelevant. Just thought I'd mention it ..

BTW digi will replace the card.
