Default Device Driver Question for Windows XP

I keep getting this message after I use Pro Tools and try to shut down my computer.
I am working from a Dell Dimension 8100 with Windows XP.

The message reads.
"The Device Driver for the Digi Design 001 is preventing the machine from entering into hibernation. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists you may need to update driver."

Each time it happens I am not trying to go into hibernation, I'm just trying to shut down my machine and I never have any other apps open.

Any advice? I appreciate any help.
