Impossible to use ASC online support ?

I have to send a form (pdf) via ASC support center,
I bought an ASC code, 36€, when I want to use it, I have a message that the code is not good, or nothing happens, normally it is a code for a support telephone or on-line support.

Avid write :

How do I submit this form?
Who to contact to expose my problem?
