Default Choosing a keyboard advice for Newbie please

What suggestions nave you got?
We need a simple "entry level" (read cheap ;-) ) keyboard to use as an input device with the Mbox. I.E. doesn't need 88keys and 10000 voices built in.
A modest selection of a range of instrument voices would be adequate. It doesn't even need particularly nice voices; we plan for the results to be played by those actual people types; you know, the ones who wear black and drive old cars; .......um, ......musicians I think they're called.

Any ideas,
TIA,
Nicholas

What do you call cheap? To a studio owner that I know, cheap was "less than $1,500" and I recommended a Korg Triton LE.

Tell us what price range, we want numbers!

Hi david,
I'm a bit sad you want me to admit just how cheap I am {:-O
I forgot to add: I'm thinking second hand here; I don't want to spend more than a couple of hundred bucks.
Oh! damn! I said it...........

pk-hat,
The roland does look like great value, but way out of my price range at the moment. :-( Perhaps in a year or so when I've saved up some more money??.........
but in the meantime I need something simpler that will get the notes down the wires. It doesn't matter if it's a bit old fasioned.

thanks for the tip pk,

N.
