001 monitoring with asio

Hey Ya'll

I'm using a digi001 with sonar3 and I'm trying to get low latency monitoring going on...from what I figure you can't turn it on from the asio control panel only with the Le software...
is there a way (other than an external mixer)you can turn on input monitoring on the 001???
