Default Best way to make tempo changes with audio loops?

What is the best way to change the tempo of a pre-recorded loop?

If I have a drum track that is in 90bpm and I want to change it to 120bpm.
I know I can drag it with the time expansion tool or use a rex file but is there any other way?

Thanks
Atff
