Strange glitch in 2018.4 (send automation)

Hi,
I've finished last night a mix with my client and we met today to review in with fresh ears.
An 80 minutes documentary. Iv'e noticed that the mix doesn't sound as I remember it.
After 25 minutes I looked at one of the reverb sends.
The automation was OK (send fader is working) but there was no signal passing through it. (All automations are READ).
I stopped pro tools and just clicked on the send window itself and it got back to life.
Did it happen to you also?
Not feeling confident with pro tools is a nightmare for me.

PT 2018.4 Ultimate / Mac Pro (Late 2013) / 6 core 3.5GHz / OSX 10.11.6 / MBox 3 Pro

Update:
This bug keeps on happening with other sends.
I wasn't hallucinating after all...

It happens again... Sends don't deliver signal through them. Has it happened to someone else?
I need to touch the send's fader in order to make it work again.
