ProTools LE and Keystation 49e HELP!!!

Hi,
Ive just finally got my pro tools set up on xp and also installed reason.
I have the M-Audio keystation 49e which has the USB connection, only problem is there is no MIDI signal going to pro tools or reason and I try and create a new Midi device etc and it wont recognise there is anything there. I have installed the keyboard driver over and over again and when i connect it to the laptop it comes up with the little device connected signal saying that is sees that the keyboard is now connected, but I cant get any signal into the programs.

Please help, much appreciated
