Default 001 and Motor Mix

I have a little problem. I keep loosing communication with my motor mix. I know my set-up is not the problem because it works 80 percent of the time. Just that 20% it looses communication. When I get into OMS and test the studio it says I am sending 2 or more midi events which may cause confusion and I should get the controller out of dual mode. And I don't know how to do that. No instructions in the manual either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would have to say I don't have that problem anymore. Turns out I had a older motor mix unit and I had to update the firmware to 1.08. A good thing to check is to check your firmware, next see if the motor mix is in pro tools mode, and then go to the midi column in your pro tools session and then into inputs and see if motor mix is checked. Good luck! All I have to say mine works really great now. Wish I had 2 of them.
