Pro Tools product shows "No download available" (missing all installers)
Hey guys, quick question did anyone experience missing pro tools 12.5 in their accounts. I have a subscription valid till September, but my account says this:
No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs. anyone?

Yeah same thing here. My Avid account page is all kinds of screwy right now, my 12.4 links have somehow moved under a different product, and my current subscription plan is nowhere to be found.

Same here. I can't download any version of V12. Which is annoying since I want to put v12.4 on my new laptop. Very annoying.

I found my Pro Tools 12.5 Installer located under:
Crossgrade from PT MP (Download) Product Details and Download Links Show Pro Tools 12.5.0 installer (Mac) 1.35 GB Pro Tools 12.5.0 installer (Win) 1.57 GB

I have no access to download any v12 installer. I've looked in all the sections. I understand it takes up to 48hrs for v12.5 to appear (which is ridiculous) but there shouldn't be a reason why I can't download v12.4.

How can I trust Avid with my music in the cloud when they can't even provide download links for the software that I own?

The Avid Application Manager says:
"You do not own any products under this account yet" As a user (on this same account) since 2000, I own four copies of PTHD, 2 HD native cards, 2 HDX cards, an Avid Artist Mix, and a several older versions of vanilla PT as well as some plug-ins that are now free but didn't used to be. So yeah, the Avid Application Manager is more f'd up than the my.avid account is as far as knowing what I own. I emailed support asking why the support plan I bought in January is not in my account, they forwarded the case on to the web store support. Good job Avid. I'm having the same issue. I can see 'Pro Tools 12 Bundle_' under my 'Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 update' but there are no download links in there at all. Super frustrating given that my iMac has just died so I needed to install it urgently on my macbook so I could do some recording this evening. Any sort of fix would be most grateful!!

Everything in my product list disappeared
Okay, so I am on the tail end of my support plan, but now that 12.5 has arrived (sort of) I see that everything that used to be in my product list has disappeared. It used to be populated with all the installs for PT10-12, but now it's just plain emptied out.
I thought maybe it meant I had to activate a new iLok license to proceed, but nothing new in my ilok stuff. So is that it? Am I all done even though I still have a day or so on my plan? |

Aha, I found it. Under the PT10 + CPTK to PTHD11 (Download) tab now. Either they moved it or my memory of where it had been all this time was somehow faulty!
