Default Urgent help - digi192

Just setting up a 192 I ve just bought with an 8 out expansion card (analogue) - so I have 16 analogue outs via dsub to jack - PROBLEM
1-8 outs are signifcantly quieter than 9-10
I've done obvious and swapped leads and still same problem. When I go into hardware in protools there is no +4 OR -10 option just an a OR b next to each anaolgue output ....... HELP
I'm thinking it's a simple case of outputs 9-16 set at different level to 1-8 but I just can't locate how to change it -only other option is my analogue 1-8 card is not working ......
Please - someone help ...
Karl

Calibration screws. You have two different calibration sets, A and B, which you can select from the PT hardware setup.

Well checked my desk and swapped channels and the problem lies in output coming from analogue 1-8 - massive difference in level to outputs 1-9 ....
I can't see anything in pro tools to change the output of 1-8 - is there?? - or is it what i'm starting to think a faulty analogue out card ??

Not to bean ass here, but have you read the manual???

It clearly shows how to calibrate your outputs.
