Upgrade/Crossgrade
My MacBook Pro just died, so with a new computer I am assuming that PT LE 7 won't run on Lion, correct? If that is indeed the case, can anyone clarify for me whether or not I would be able to upgrade (or crossgrade) from PT LE7? I see LE addressed on AVID's website, but not 7 specifically. Since 7 is, for all intents and purposes, from a bygone era I just want to be sure that it is eligible.
Appreciate the help!

I believe you can cross-grade as long as your digidesign interface has not been used for a cross-grade in the past. What interface do you have? The cross-grade should be $399 and you will need an iLok.
Sweetwater's page is a bit easier to navigate compared to Avid's.
