Default Transport Window - Expanded View with Midi Controls

I've been scouring the Pro Tools manual and this site. I run 7.1 with Digi 002. The manual I am referring to is the Pro-Tools Official Courseware, 101, page 58 "Transport Window". This page shows a picture of an expanded Transport Window with Midi controls and counters. The manual talks a lot about it, but I can't get my Transport window to appear in any other view than the standard view. I can't seem to find a way to launch it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers from Canada.

OK, I'm being persistent here - I just checked another manual - the PDF Reference guide.
It says to:

Transport Master Selector Specifies the “master”
for transport functions and provides a control to
take enabled devices offline.

To set a Transport Master:

Click the Transport Master selector, click the
Transport pop-up menu, and select a Transport
Master: Pro Tools, Machine, MMC (MIDI Machine
Control), or Remote.

When I click my transport Master Selector - it only shows Pro Tools and other options are greyed out. ??? Help please....

Default Re: Transport Window - Expanded View with Midi Controls

You should try: View -> Transport -> MIDI Controls

This information is covered in the Pro Tools Reference Guide in Chapter 9. There's a whole section about the transport window, and immediately following is a whole section following about the MIDI Controls view. The information I I just gave at the beginning of this post is the very first instruction in the section about the MIDI Controls.

You know SPKGUITAR, you always make the solutions seem so easy. Of course, this worked! Again, you have come to my rescue. Many thanks from Mississauga, ON!
