Default How do they make the voice of “Tim Shaw” in Dr Who?

Hello,

This is the vocals for the Character of “Tim Shaw” on the show Dr Who season 11.
I’ve been looking a handful of times and just can’t seem to find any information about what kind of work was done of these vocals. I think they sound amazing and I would love to take elements into my own work. Any advice??

Here the reference
