Default Constant error message pop up

Purchased pro tools 12 today. I'm pretty newbie but I think I've gotten all the requirements done. Pro Tools 12 works great except any time I want to do almost anything this error pops up:
Could not complete your request because Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x00000000000000D8.

This error happens when I pretty much do anything. When I'm recording, resizing windows, making new tracks. The recordings, new tracks and window resizing works perfectly fine but the error screen just constantly pops up with almost anything I do. The error screen seems purposeless as what I'm doing is working, the program doesn't crash or anything like that.

It's just annoying to keep pressing "OK" literally almost every 3 seconds. I'm very noob so maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome aboard. Tough to offer any advice when we know absolutely nothing about your setup Seriously;
PC or Mac?
Exact version of OS?
Exact version of Pro Tools(12.4, 12.8, HD, non-HD, First)?
Complete details of computer(cpu, RAM, drives)?
Have you done the required system tweaks?
3rd party plugins installed?
What interface?

Loo near the top of this(and every DUC page for the link named Help Us Help You and have a good read before you come back with the answers that get the best help.
